Booking Process | Wedding Videography

Booking process made stress-free!

I've made booking your wedding videography experience with me as simple and straightforward as possible.

I don't like to over-complicate things, so I want to make sure things are streamlined for you.
Here's what you can expect when booking with me:

Step 1 - Initial Inquiry

The process begins when you reach out to me with an inquiry about my videography services.
You can do this by filling out the online booking form or contacting me directly via text, phone call or email (hello@ebullientmemories.com).

Feel free to provide as much detail as possible about your wedding, including the date, location, and any specific requests or questions you may have. This allows me to provide you with a better experience and accurate package recommendations; on top of giving you a more personalized quote if needed. I also love hearing about your dream wedding and love story! :D

Step 2 - Consultation:

Once I receive your inquiry, I'll reach out to schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and preferences in more detail.
This can be done in person or over the phone/Zoom; depending on your preferences and availability. I can also do this over e-mail if that's more comfortable for you. :)

During the consultation, I'll get to know you better, answer any questions you may have, and provide personalized recommendations based on your vision for your wedding day.

Step 4 - Packages and Contract:

After our consultation, I'll send an estimate proposal outlining the services I recommend for your wedding, along with pricing details and any additional information you may need to make an informed decision. I'll work closely with you to ensure that the recommendation meets your needs. :)

Once you're happy with the proposal, I'll send over a contract for you to review and sign. The contract outlines the terms and conditions of our agreement, including payment schedules, cancellation policies, and any other important details. Once the contract is signed and the initial retainer is received, your booking with me will be confirmed, and I'll officially reserve your date on my calendar!

Step 5 - Pre-Wedding Planning:

Leading up to your wedding day, I'll stay in touch to finalize the details and logistics of your videography coverage. The more I know about you and your wedding, the better we can tell the story in your film.
I'll work closely with you and your other vendors (mainly your photographer, coordinator and DJ) to ensure that everything runs smoothly on your big day!

I'm happy to provide advice and be involved in the creation of the timeline so that the day is relaxing and has plenty of breathing room for you to enjoy time with your guests.

Step 6 - Filming Your Wedding Day!

Its your BIG DAY! :D
On your wedding day, my team and I will arrive promptly and ready to capture every special moment. We will keep in constant communication with your photography and coordination teams to make sure things go smooth and perfect.
We'll work discreetly in the background to document the emotions, atmosphere, and unique details of your wedding day, ensuring that you have beautiful memories to cherish for years to come.
And yes, we might shed a tear or two when you say "I Do!" :')

Step 7 - Film Production & Delivery:

After the wedding, enjoy your honey moon!
I'll carefully edit and enhance your footage to create a stunning wedding film that tells the story of your day.
Whether you get a Full Wedding Film that has everything that happened that day or a Short Film that summarizes the most beautiful and amazing parts of your day; I'll make sure it looks natural, beautiful and showcases how magical your wedding day was.

Once the editing process is complete, I'll be in touch to deliver the final films to you via a web link. Additionally, I will also be mailing a physical USB copy of the films for you to have forever.

Final Step - Follow-Up:

Your satisfaction is my top priority, so I'll follow up with you after you've had a chance to view your wedding film(s) to ensure that you're completely happy with the final film(s).
